TRSE was founded in 2014 with a simple idea: bring together exceptional musicians who genuinely love what they do—and help them thrive. That vision took shape with the creation of The Boy Band Night, and has since grown into a thriving roster of 15 genre-spanning acts. Today, TRSE is a one-stop shop for event planners and talent buyers seeking turn-key entertainment with unmatched professionalism and crowd-pleasing energy.
With acts covering pop, country, funk, rock, Motown, hip-hop, Americana, and more, TRSE has built a brand that’s become synonymous with great nights and great memories. If you’ve booked—or attended—a TRSE show, you already know: it’s handled. From identifying the perfect fit for your event to helping shape your lineup, we offer a white glove experience every step of the way.
Every TRSE artist brings more than just songs. These are seasoned performers with top-tier equipment, expert showmanship, and a clear commitment to exceeding expectations. Whether you need a band to emcee a wedding, anchor a festival stage, or pack a dance floor at a local bar, TRSE will help you build the night people talk about for years to come.
And for the fans? It’s simple. If it’s TRSE, it’s going to be a great night.

Glenn Hudy is a lifelong Chicagoan and a proud member of the Chicago Fire Department, a distinction that speaks to both his character and his commitment to service. As cofounder of The Right Stuff Entertainment, Glenn brings decades of experience from Chicago’s live music scene, not just as a bandleader or organizer—but as a working musician who’s been in the trenches.
Before TRSE, Glenn was gigging regularly and learning firsthand what it meant to perform, hustle, and navigate the challenges that come with life onstage. That journey shaped his vision for a different kind of company—one built on fairness, communication, and respect for the players. Today, he plays bass in multiple TRSE acts, including The Boy Band Night, The Country Night, Raise Your Glass, 90's Pop Nation, and Country 2K, while also stepping in for other bands when needed.
What sets Glenn apart is that he never stepped off the stage. He’s still in the mix—on the road, at rehearsals, on stage—leading by example. He checks in with the artists, ensures their needs are met, and quietly works behind the scenes to make sure every gig goes off without a hitch. To dozens of musicians in the TRSE family, Glenn isn’t just a boss—he’s a brother, a mentor, and the steady hand that makes the machine run smoothly.

Kenny Braasch is the cofounder of The Right Stuff Entertainment and a driving force behind the company’s creative direction. Born and raised in Chicago, Kenny brings years of experience as a longtime talent buyer at 115 Bourbon Street, where he developed an ear for what works on stage and an eye for what resonates with audiences. He’s hands-on in shaping TRSE’s visual identity—photography, branding, videography—and helps turn strong ideas into polished, market-ready projects that stand out in any venue.
Kenny’s career outside TRSE is equally impressive. He’s a professional model represented by top agencies across the country, has appeared in publications like VICTOR and Desnudo, and was even the face model for The Joker in Mortal Kombat 11. He’s also no stranger to television, appearing on The Bachelorette, getting engaged on Bachelor in Paradise, and recently competing with his wife, Mari Pepin, on FOX’s The Floor. Despite a resume packed with highlights, Kenny is widely known for his humility, humor, and no-nonsense approach to work and collaboration.
That grounded energy sets the tone for how TRSE operates. Kenny supports other artists’ ideas, encourages collaboration across bands, and stays closely involved in the day-to-day development of new acts. His ability to balance vision and execution has helped make TRSE not just a company—but a community trusted by talent buyers, musicians, and fans alike.
